Founded by Gulf War veteran and veteran advocate Tim Hauser, Veterans Assurance Network pledges to serve veterans and their families through advocacy, support, education, services, and resources.
Our Mission
Veterans Assurance Network is dedicated to ensuring that every veteran receives the dignity, support, and care they earned through service. We fight for those who fought for us — through advocacy, crisis intervention, essential equipment donations, and community‑driven programs that restore hope and stability.
Services
- Networking with veteran service organizations (VSOs) who offer life-affirming services to veterans and their families ranging from suicide prevention to PTSD therapy to spouse and family assistance.
Resources
- Sharing resources to assist veterans and their families in determining services they are eligible for and how to access those services.
- Offering toolkits for various benefits, including the PACT Act.

- Responding to veteran concerns
- Reaching out and responding to veterans in crisis
- Working with veterans, their families, and veteran service organizations
- Walking with veterans and their families in their journey.
Education
- Providing information and increasing awareness of veteran issues ranging from PTSD to toxic exposure to accessing benefits.
- Speaking engagements on veterans’ issues at VFWs, town halls, colleges, and more.
Advocacy
- Working on issues relevant to veterans and raising awareness of veteran concerns.
- Lobbying state and local leaders for legislation related to veterans.
